I would like to sell my property for personal reasons. We have been living there for 9 years. The plot is just in front of my house and has a ten feet road connection with the main road which is 15 feet (35ft proposed) and that leads to the Dhaka Bypass.

Also to describe the location of this property I would like to say that it is just 15 mins distant from the Rajuk Purbachal Project and 45 minutes from the Airport. You will find attached screenshots from the google maps. I would not like to sell my property for commercial purposes but I after knowing the nature of business we might make an exception. We are mainly wishing that a family will purchase this property and live there with us. As it just takes 40 minutes to get Kuril using the 300 feet road.

Only real interested customers are requested to contact me. The price is 5 lakh taka per kata. And the size of plot can be arranged as per the need of the customer. The maximum area of land we are willing to sell is 10 kata. So if anyone wants to buy 3/4/5/6/7 we are fine with it.
