The proposed “ASIAN DUPLEX TOWN”, situated within the greater Dhaka City Plan of Rajuk is located near Rajuk Purbachal New Town i.e. on the middle point between Kanchan Bridge and Bhulta Bazar, under Rupganj Police Station. Two major highways, is 300 feet wide Asian Highway (Dhaka Bypass Road) and another is 180 feet wide Dhaka Sylhet Highway giving the Project easy accessibility from any part of Dhaka City.
